Complaints

Complaints regarding the treatment you receive whilst attending one of our practices should in the first instance be addressed to the relevant practice manager or, if more appropriate, to a senior partner within the practice. Complaints are dealt with according to British Dental Association guidelines. If you are not satisfied with the way a complaint is dealt with the issue should be raised with the Dental Complaints Service at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk.
